A Lock button freezes measurement on screen for hard to see areas. Moisture Meter with Calibration Check Measures moisture content in wood (5 to 50%) and other building materials (1. 5 to 33%). Built-in Calibration Reference Check uses the tester's pin cap to provide a "known" +/-18% value.	Visual and Audible Indicators The built-in Low, Medium, and High icons help you quickly determine moisture level. There's also an audible beeper indicator that increases in speed as the moisture level increases for easily scanning large areas.	Easy to Read A Lock button freezes the reading on the display when you're working in areas where you can't see the display while taking a measurement.

Description

The Triplett Model MS40 Pen Style Pin Moisture Meter quickly measures moisture reference levels in wood, wall board, sheet rock, cardboard, plaster, paper, fabric, and other building materials. Results are displayed on the eight easy-to-read dual range LEDs that indicate 16 moisture levels. In addition, it features an easy-to-use two button operation, wood density (0.3-0.6 g/cm3; 0.6-0.95 g/cm3), and low battery indication. Auto power off conserves battery life. Complete with protective cap, built-in pocket clip, and one AAA battery. 1-year warranty.
