  • Q. The internal battery pack in my HDCM3 is not working. How can I order a replacement?

    A. Unfortunately, we do not sell replacement battery packs for the HDCM3 as the battery is soldered into the unit. However, you can send your HDCM3 to us for repairs. Please use the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form [Triplett RMA Form] to proceed with the return.

  • Q: Can I use this with the RING outdoor security camera and doorbell?

A: For the Ring outdoor camera, they're primarily wireless. Typically, you'd require an NVR (Network Video Recorder) to first establish a connection with the camera. Afterward, you can connect the HDCM3 to the NVR for it to function. However, if the camera comes with a BNC port, you can directly link the camera to the HDCM3 without needing an NVR.

  • Q. Is the BNC input just for audio? Or also video?
    A. You may also use the BNC for video.
