Q. When I open the software for my ADL20, the Default, Setup, and Cancel buttons are not displayed. What should I do?

A. This problem usually occurs because of scaling settings on Windows computers. To fix it, access the display settings on your computer, locate the scaling and layout options, and decrease the scaling to the recommended setting of 125%. Reducing the scaling should make the Default, Setup, and Cancel buttons visible in the software.
